Products are sold through the leatherland.me online store within the registered business activities of the production, trade and services company “Toskana 2” LLC.

 Under the Consumer Protection Act, purchases made through our online store are considered distance sales.

All products sold through this online store have the characteristics specified in each product’s declaration and display their retail prices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

 The conformity of goods is determined exclusively according to the characteristics and intended use stated in the declaration accompanying each individual product.

All products offered at special discounts or promotions will be clearly marked with the price of each product and the duration of the offer, in accordance with the law.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not always match the actual products in every detail. Because the online store may be viewed on different devices, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed will be completely identical to the actual colors of our products. Please note that complaints based solely on such color differences are not justified.

You may browse our online store and make a purchase either as a Registered User or as a Guest.

 Registration is very simple and requires only basic information. The user completes the registration form once and can then access the account by signing in.

By clicking the ORDER button when placing an order, you assume the obligation to purchase and pay for the ordered goods.

When shopping in this online store, you may pay using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer

Delivery is free for all orders within Montenegro.

We deliver purchased items within Montenegro by express courier and abroad by standard post, subject to the customer’s specific instructions. For purchases from abroad, payment may be made only by payment card.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase at any time in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Customers outside Montenegro should note that any additional costs related to products delivered outside Montenegro (transport, customs duties, taxes, bank fees and similar charges) are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or return.

 For all items purchased through the online store, you have the right to submit a complaint, claim or comment in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

If we are unable to replace an item for which a complaint has been accepted with a suitable alternative, we undertake to issue a refund.

 Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned to our retail stores and must be returned exclusively through the procedure described in the Right of Withdrawal section.

All orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If a defined force majeure event occurs, our previously assumed obligations will be postponed for a certain period. Contracts concluded before or at the time the force majeure event occurs may be terminated in whole or in part by either party (the user or the online store).
